This is the Palaz n building, built for Rosa Palaz n by the architect Miguel Mart n Fern ndez de la Torre, in 1930. The project became famous for the succession of unfavorable reports issued by the municipal technical office, which did not end of accepting the new aesthetic criteria of architecture. In this work the morphological approaches of rationalism are presented. It is noteworthy that the decorative elements of style on the facade are renounced in which horizontal windows with folding shutters are opened only.
