The property was projected in the last moments of the 19th century or at the beginning of the 20th century. And eclecticism is the style that defines it aesthetically. A reform was carried out in 1986 by the Correa and Est team, which was awarded a distinction by the Regional Prize for Architecture Ora y Arcocha.

Five-level building built in reinforced concrete: with a basement of two floors and three upper floors. In the facade composition the basement is distinguished by its horizontal development. Three porches serve as access. The intermediate pilasters are continued in the winged mezzanine. A continuous sill cuts the composition of the basement. This first body ends in a continuous flying balcony that serves the third level. The following three levels form a flat and unitary facade: three openings per floor; those of the third level are door windows that overlook the balcony. The other levels have square windows, aligned with the previous ones according to vertical axes. All the openings are decorated with perimeter molding and on the central of the third level, neoclassical lintel decoration. The interior, of rectangular plan, develops according to consecutive modules: outer portico, vestibule with circulations to the sides, which give access to all the plants; double height exhibition hall with circular mezzanine; In the background warehouse and offices. On the first floor: the bar, an exhibition hall and offices in the background.

The building is renovated by the Correa and Est Estuar team in 1986.
