At the confluence of Nava and Grim n streets (former Water Street) and Bencomo Street, it was built according to the project of the architect Mariano Estanga between 1908 and 1909. It is a clear exponent of the eccratic architecture although in its main facade it predominates the modernist style executed in the main balconies that appear closed with wrought iron and crystals. On the same façade, the main balcony stands out, with simple decoration and balustrade from the factory, which is repeated at several points on the third floor flanked by two turrets: the one on the right has greater height and French influence both in the use of attic windows as in the roof top. The auction on the last floor consists of two small towers. On the corner of Bencomo Street is the garden, on which the square shaft columns that support the main balcony are located. The entire perimeter of the garden is surrounded by a decorated iron fence, which is accessed both from inside the building and from the street. The balcony supported by square shaft ciolumnas on the second floor, can be accessed by three holes: the central stands out for having semicircular arches, being larger and more decorated. From the street of San Agust n the wrought iron balcony of the second floor is observed, which follows the modernist influence, but that unlike those of the main facade, combines the open and closed balcony.
