Building located between the media, the main module is composed of an L-floor with a side patio and two heights in the facade, in addition to a rear module. The main façade has a total of six lintelled bays distributed symmetrically. On the upper floor there are three (VPV) and the axes on the ground floor coincide with another three (PPP).

The woodwork of great simplicity can be distinguished two types; on the one hand the openings of the ground floor are formed by three doors, these are composed of two folding leaves with three wooden frames, also have a fixed upper glazed upright and on the doors there is a decoration with details florals in mortar painted white. On the other hand, the upstairs windows are of great slenderness and simple design, these have two folding leaves, with a lower wooden panel and three glazed upper ones. In addition, on the upper floor there was a central factory balcony with access door. This is quite characteristic since it has a rather elaborate siding railing, the lateral sales have a simple railing railing.

Making the dividing line of both plants, two cornices are located, being the one of the cover of greater dimension. The roof is flat with a blind factory parapet located on the ledge.
