The façade is composed of two floors and its centrally adintelada cover is topped by a peculiar front n mixtil neo that encloses two inscriptions: a superior IHS 1739 that refers to the completion of the works, and another that says Ave Mar to SPC, highlighting the street door of abundant bearings with curved moldings. The second floor of the facade, has sash windows and the auction is solved with eaves on cornice. The house has a stone and barbuzano wooden staircase and a patio with wooden columns. In the main room stands out the access door made of fine American wood. This house is in front of the Bigot house showing two stages of the architectural heritage of the city of La Laguna.
