Detached house between two-storey medians, which together with the three adjacent single-family homes are classified as a linear unit preserving the traditional character of the Toscal neighborhood.

To highlight its flat facade, of asymmetric composition. It consists of a smooth, continuous basement, vertical and symmetrical holes between them.
