Building arranged in chaff and following the decline of the street, marking its lower part with a dark stone. It consists of two floors with openings arranged symmetrically and separated from the lower part of the upper part by three small cornices. In the bays, arches are used. Some of the openings are ornamented in the lower part by balusters, while the others simply have a rail with factory materials. Those of the upper part are covered by straight moldings. In the chafl ny and in the part of the garage horizontal bands are arranged as a decorative resource. Also in this part a circular opening was created by configuring a muscle. The part that does not correspond to the chafl n is higher than the rest. The contrast of different decorative elements reveals that it is an ecological building and the presence of certain units can place the date of construction in the second third of the twentieth century.
Corner building with chamfer. It consists of two bodies of different heights. In the corner the volume that frames the chafl n is smaller and is topped by a cornice. The rectangular openings are inserted in a decoration of horizontal bands the gaps that are open in the chamfer are framed in pilasters decorated by fine stripes; the chafl n is solved in its upper part by a blown cornice formed by several moldings superimposed on increasing volumes. Balusters are placed under the upper body windows that support a kind of shelf. Towards De Los Sue Street, the façade distributes three holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes, with a vertical body of greater height above the mediatrix, where the access door is located. The other bodies are topped by cornices and blind walls. Viewpoint and metallic staircase on the roof. In the facade on Santiago Cuadrado Street, the pico has a hollow and turns over garage door.
