Urban complex (three buildings and an alley that unites them) built in the middle of the Toscal neighborhood approximately during the change from the 19th to the 20th century. These constructions could be the work of the construction master Federico Sol y Escabia. They are framed within a very sober architectural proposal, something close to romantic classicism, but with sufficient licenses to not be able to include it in this language, despite the little exterior ornamentation of the houses. The location of these constructions is interesting, since they keep a very curious urban game. There are two identical and symbolic buildings on the street of Santiago separated by the entrance of the calleca n Pisaca that ends at the Calle de la Rosa where a new construction very similar to the previous ones, a little larger, rises this time towards that street. The alley that connects both streets and buildings, today pedestrian and tree-lined, at the time was nothing but a corridor or passageway that was gradually urbanized with much more modest constructions.

They are constructions of two floors and upper pavilion, that house four houses each one, counting on some common spaces like stairs and pavilions of exit to the roof. The gaps are knurled with straight openings, and the wooden door and window leaves are very easily configured. Building unit of houses between two-story medians, characterized by a symbolic facade on Santiago Street, with three openings, the central entrance and vertical axes with lintel details. The second floor, with windows that repeat the lower rhythm of openings decorated with iron railings and molding on the lintel.

Coronation of the central hole with railing. The rectangular plan is symmetrical and highlights its central distribution serving each of the rooms and giving the backyard.
