Building unit of houses between medians, paired on two floors, characterized by an entrance and two sides. On the central opening, decorative factory balcony.

In horizontal, smooth basement, with a cornice side finish marking the situation of the 1st and second floor.

A parapet decorated with flat roof factory balusters forms the morphology of the building. Rectangular, it is characterized by the simplicity of its layout.
