Two-storey property with viewpoints at the ends. It is an austere eclectic building whose construction should have been in the second third of the twentieth century. Simple property distributed on three floors and arranged in chafl n. Each floor appears separated by a cornice and the openings are distributed completely symmetrically. It does not present elements that allow to judge its style but attending to the urbanization in which it is located it was probably built in the first quarter of the 20th century and destined for a family without great economic resources.
Building with corner chamfer. It is composed of two blocks and two levels separated by intermediate moldings, topped by cornice and parapet with balustrade. The facade towards Salamanca street is asymmetric, and consists of two bodies separated by vertical bands. The body of the corner has three levels and one hole per floor. The other body consists of only two floors, with three openings per floor vertically aligned, on the central axis the access door and a central balcony on top floor mussels. The facade on Calle Del Perd n has three floors and has an access door and a hole per floor.
