Detached house with elongated bays arranged symmetrically. Those of the lower part are knurled, while those of the upper one have a slight curvature. The facade is adorned with different moldings that tend to form a rectangular figure with the exception of the bases that are curved to adapt to the layout of the gaps. The balcony is located on one of the windows and not on the door as usual in other constructions located in this area. It is a building that adapts to the ecological and dated language at the beginning of the 20th century. |

The façade is composed of a z calo and two levels separated by an intermediate molding, the first level with walls lined with horizontal friezes, finishing the whole set by a small ledge and masonry parapet a. It has two holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. The access door on the ground floor is located on the left side and on the upper floor a balcony supported on musculars, with balustrade railing.
