Two-storey property with a symbolic arrangement of openings, cornice and balustrade at the top. It shows the ecological tastes that prevailed in the first half of the 20th century.

Facade of symmetrical composition, with four holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. On the lateral axes two access doors on the ground floor. Central balcony on muscles. The facade is composed of a z calo with molding and two levels separated by an intermediate molding, it is topped by cornice, parapet modulated by blind walls and balustrade, with vases on the top. On the second level it has striated pilasters between holes. The openings of the first level are in reduced arch, as well as the two external openings of the upper level. The holes are framed in cement and those on the upper level have a railing of metal railings. Elements of interest: Woodwork, windows and shutters. Use a balcony railing, window sills and access floor uprights. Balustrade and flakes in roof enclosure.
