Rafael Gurrea Sanchez (Vitoria-Gasteiz, 1939-Granada, 2001), professional of the graphic arts, illustrator, like Juan Galarza and Alberto Cate, and also watercolorist, like Galarza. To be the author of the poster for several editions, the years 1972,1973,1974,1975 and 1976. He continues to dominate the representation of a human figure, who with Gurrea is an elegant dancer with a mask, again a nice mermaid emerging from the waters of the Puerto Chicharrero, or in another case a circus magician who gives confetti and glitter at full hands, or also a trio of circus clowns under an umbrella, which is held on the magic barite of the central character. The most personal contribution we see in the 1975 poster, in which he rushes the human figure, but making a game, which allows him to present the figure as feminine and masculine, transformed as a card in the deck (not surprisingly, Gurrea worked for Fournier, company of Spanish waves by antonomasia). the references are still explicit quotes also in the background sets, the towers of the squares of Spain and the Cabildo (1972), or the Farola del mar santacrucera (1973), and also the thymus sea front of Santa Cruz, since the Tower of the Concepci na the one of the old palace of Justice in San Francisco (1974).
