The alternation, in the geographical origin of the authors of the Carnival cartel, of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, continued in 2005, corresponding again to a foreign artist, who was also very prominent in the international art scene, Peter Schuyff (Baarn, Holland, 1958). With Schuyff, an art that was known on the hand islands also from the Galer to Leyendecker, there was a situation similar to that of Baechler, two years before, that is, the transfer to poster format of one of the compositions pictorial of these art stas. See works by Schuyff as Sin tulo of the year 1997, Without title, of 1999, in acrylic on canvas (Galer a Artizar), and Portrait, of 2006. Schuyff integrates the usual text of the poster, with large letters, which follow the same technique of his painting, on three levels CARNAVAL / 2005 |
