Residential building located on the ascent to Quisisana in a clearly privileged area of the city. The project could approximately be written in the mid-thirties of the twentieth century. It is a typical construction oriented under parameters clearly influenced by rationalist aesthetics. It is noteworthy that this type of single-family homes and the series of houses between medians, many of them in chaff, which corresponds to the same little of this construction are the highlights of the artistic production of rationalism in Santa Cruz , maintaining until today a great current and validity of forms. |
