LADY TENERIFE

SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE
- Bienes Muebles. Escultura -

Painted iron sculpture by Martin Chirino (1972). 1 International Exhibition of Street Sculptures. Santa Cruz de Tenerife 1973. Lady Tenerife and Chirino's work in the Plaza de Europa represent different readings, since the sculptor's informal tendency in the first is barely perceived in the second where the concept of space occupation and Formal presence of the object is subject to the process of knowledge and accumulation of time.
