Two-level building, facade with zalo separated from the main body by a molding; It is topped by molded cornice, ornate upper parapet with four cups. An intermediate molding divides both floors extending into a balcony with iron rail located on the shaft. Four openings per floor are distributed symmetrically and are aligned on vertical axes being on the ground floor of curved lintel and on the first straight level. The access is located on one side.
