Three-level building plus a room that is mounted on the roof with metallic structure and glass. It has a straight corner and the façade is composed of a lower limb that is only interrupted in the access and coronation opening composed of molded cornice and upper parapet. Moldings and horizontal cornices divide each level. In the main façade, the intermediate molding between levels is extended on a balcony with a balustrade sill. The spans, proportionally taller than they are wide, maintain the same proportion, are strictly aligned on vertical axes, have decoration on the lintel in the form of a dovela and on the two upper levels are linked with a molding. |
