Detached house with two floors. The ground floor has large windows and two access doors. The superior gives way at one end to a small terrace with balusters. The building is closed with a cornice and vertical auctions. The entire building is decorated with horizontal bands. Its language is ecltic and we can date it in the first quarter of the 20th century.

Building of asymmetric façade, consisting of a wall with a molding and two levels separated by a dividing molding, the first with walls set by horizontal friezes. The set is topped by cornice, parapet and four vases. The first level is developed horizontally in a wider body, in the second it has a recessed volume, with a terrace and balustrade. Three openings are distributed per plant aligned according to vertical axes. On the central axis a balcony on musculars, with balustrade. On the ground floor it has two access doors. Unframing straight lintels. Those on the top floor with decoration on the lintel and linked by a molding. Elements of Interest: Woodwork, Venetian. Balustrades Tufts in facade finish.
