Detached house with two floors whose dinteled openings are distributed symmetrically, corresponding to the balcony of the upper floor with the same vertical axis in which the door opens. The two floors are separated by a molding. The facade is crowned by a flowered cornice and staggered finish with curviline ornaments. It was probably built in the first third of the twentieth century, presenting an ecological language.

Facade of symmetrical composition, with three holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. On the central axis the access door and a balcony on the floor, with balustrade. The façade is made up of z calo with molding and two levels separated by an intermediate molding, it is topped by a large cornice and parapet decorated with curved shapes. Straight unframed lintels, those of the upper level with boxes decorated under the cornice and with sill highlighted on small plates. Those on the ground floor have a banister and wooden railing.
