Solemn facade that we can include within the n mine of ecological buildings made at the beginning of the 20th century.

It is developed in two different bodies: one of three floors above the waterfront and another of only two floors with a curved corner. In the highest body is the access door on Primo de Rivera street. Horizontally it is composed of z calo and basement delimited by a perimeter molding at the height of the impost of the arches, the whole set topped by cornice, balustrade and vases on the roof. Vertically they are distributed in modules divided by bands that mimic ashlars. On Santiago Cuadrado Street the facade is symbolic with three openings per floor aligned according to vertical axes. On the central axis there is a semicircular arch window on the ground floor and a balcony supported by nulas with cement balustrade on the second floor. Upper floor lintels of straight lintels with overalls and rails of cement balustrades
