The jetty of Roque de las Bodegas, is in the house or that gives its same name. This coastal settlement of Taganana, has become one of the most important points of tourist interest on the island, attracting both foreign visitors and residents, becoming an important element of the economy of some areas transforming their customs and lifestyle as is the case with this coastal enclave that is currently focused on catering and hospitality.

The wharf receives merchandise and exports the food that the inhabitants of the region were harvesting, being one of the most important wharves in the area also for the displacements of the own ones of the place towards the coast of Santa Cruz de Tenerife or the Punta del Hidalgo.


The jetty is made of rough, by way of mampuestos walls and boarding and landing ramp. It extends along the west side of the roque and is protected by it.

It has been recently rehabilitated, and currently has a promenade for the enjoyment of visitors and places.
