Consequently, it is not extra or that he requested Miguel Mart n the project of a residential building, signed by him in 1932. The work began but shortly after, the developer rescinded the order and requested a new project from Blasco. He who signed the project in December 1934, began the work the following year and completed it in February 1937. Blasco achieved with this building a simple and logical construction in plan, not without audacity in its design or for the novelties contributed . Corner building. Continuous facade with general lines of design or similar to the adjoining building: curves and horizontal lines, balconies as a continuous band and per floor. Rectangular landscaped landscape at the same height per floor, with woodwork and wooden curtains and visor top cornice. Elements of Interest: Carpinter a: wooden access doors, blackout roller blinds. Pa o window run vertically. Closing wall. Texture of the building wall and glass band over access door. Ornamentation over access door. |
