Two-storey building with front yard. They are two units, one per floor. The upper one is accessed by stairs to the right side of the composition. The facade on the ground floor has four openings, the two right access doors, one faces the stairs to the upper house and the two left are windows of the ground floor housing. On the first level, on the right of the composition and from this floor a two-level floor rises, projecting, with a central vertical glass band and crowning with a sector lined to the center as a detail; It is understood that it houses the vertical circulation. On the left sector, curved volume stands out, which at the center takes up the lower façade plane when it constitutes a balcony; roofed by continuous curved visor. This sector is crowned with smooth parapet. The openings are rectangular and aligned according to vertical axes, on the first floor they have the same height and inserts in a continuous horizontal band marked with color.
