Building with two floors and underground, elevated. It is accessed by stairs from front yard. The volume has two holes, on the ground floor the right sector is the entrance area and on the first narrower level it constitutes a curved shape balcony, roofed with a flat projecting visor. Two facade planes are generated at different depths. The openings are rectangular and aligned according to vertical axes, on each floor they have the same height and inserted in continuous horizontal bands enlisted in the wall. Parapet topper; the cornice results in a narrow continuous molding at the floor level. Wooden carpenters with folding protections.
