First project carried out in Santa Cruz de Tenerife on the Rambla de Santa Cruz combining the typology of modern housing and regional elements. It is noteworthy the important design project and the interiors developed by the architect Marrero Regalado for this house, with an imaginative application of the materials.

Detached house with three floors type villa. The facade, on the Rambla de Santa Cruz presents on the ground floor a wall with two garage openings and a main access on the right side crowned by a distinctive finish where the staircase that leads to the curved volume of the first level begins, access point to the living place. The building presents a set of terraced volumes: a continuous basement of a level between medians that constitutes the garages, the first level is the access floor through the curved volume on the right side to which it is attached, located in the center of all the composition of the three-level tower topped with a viewpoint - with colonnades in the corners and a four-water roof. The other side, on the first level constitutes a terrace. In the background, on the sides, vertical windows are displayed. Unify the composition of the horizontal planes of floors, terraces and continuous eaves of tiles. Modern composition details are mixed, such as the volume play of pure forms and regionalist details: balconies covered by tile eaves, etc. Elements of interest: Circular volume. P rogola. Balcony n.
