SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE
- Arquitectura Civil y Doméstica. S.XX y Posterior -

At the beginning of 1933, Asensio Ayala commissioned Miguel Mart n a project that became one of the most brilliant works of the Grancanarian architect. The project was signed in April 1933 and the work was completed in March 1936. The project of the building is proposed taking as a premise the free floor, which allows to adjust the distribution of the interior space to a minimum according to the particular needs of each sector Consequently, the layout of the house accuses a great concern for functionality; The compositional synopsis is identified with a scheme of reduction of the structure to a simple technological essence that is then organized freely in the corresponding area.
