Three-storey building with symmetrical hollow windows, without ornamentation, very simple and symbolic and probably from the 50s of the 20th century.

The facade on the street July 25 presents three levels; on the corner it descends only to two, volume that is maintained towards Enrique Wolfson Street. On the ground floor four equal rectangular spans are repeated in successive floors, aligned on vertical axes. The facade on Enrique Wolfson Street is only two levels with two equal windows per floor. A low wall with upper fence limits the frontal withdrawal. All openings have perimeter molding and protruding sill. Elements of Interest: Wall and exterior closing gate. Front garden
