Building forming a curved corner volume of three levels, smooth and curved balconies and on the second, third level and roof are curved with iron railing and define and give continuity to the facade.

The facades are of asymmetric composition. The facade on Avda. July 25 has four openings on the ground floor, one of them an access door. In the second level the same openings are repeated aligned with vertical axes on the lower ones. The facade on Calle del Amor is more irregular, more associated with a rear, with spans of various sizes. In the retreat, a small staircase saves the slope and allows access to the ground floor.

In the corner the building presents In the second level the facade is set back, causing a wider balcony and a break in the volume continuity of the whole, with an exit opening. Continuous horizontal strips around the building, lateral and of equal height as window openings, with grooves on the ground floor and third level, corner, decoratively. Top of the building with railing in sector on balcony and smooth in right sector. Vertical protective panels with transparent metallic mesh are placed here. This roof sector is landscaped. A low wall with upper fence limits the site on Del Amor Street. Elements of Interest: Horizontal stresses, wall and balcony railing, cantilever slabs. Discordant elements: Rooftop metal protection.
