Detached house with two floors with symmetrical distribution of openings. The central axis is occupied by the balcony and by the access. All holes are protected by moldings. The balcony is a peg, which is also repeated at the base of the windows of the first floor. It presents the same constructive scheme that the adjoining house is aligned with the number 5. Taking into account the elements that compose it, we can indicate that it is a construction of traditional lines with an ecological diction, dated in the first third of the twentieth century. It is part of the 'Barriada Ley ' projected by the architect Antonio Pintor y Ocete, in 1928. |

Facade of symmetrical composition with three holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. On the central axis the access door and a balcony on the floor, with metal railing. The facade is composed of a z calo and two levels separated by an intermediate molding, topped by cornice and modulated parapet with precast concrete elements. Go framed, with wooden sill the upper ones and with metallic railing the lower ones. Elements of Interest: Woodwork. Hold on balcony, window sills and access door post. Balustrade and decorative elements in facade finish. |
