Building of symbolic façade, with a basement and two levels, set topped by cornice roof and balustrade. It is divided into three modules by vertical bands that mimic ashlars, the center being narrower. It has three holes per floor, aligned vertically. On the central axis the access door on the ground floor and two wider openings in the lateral bodies. On the third floor two balconies supported by nulls with iron railings. Windows with mamposter rails decorated with boxes.
