Two-storey property with calo and arrangement of openings in a symmetrical way. The balcony, supported by muscles, is arranged on the access door. In the upper part there is a ledge with plinths on which balls are supported. It expresses an eclectic language of the early twentieth century. It is part of the 'Barriada Ley ' projected by the architect Antonio Pintor y Ocete, in 1928. |

Facade of symmetrical composition with three holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. On the central axis the access door and a balcony on the floor. The facade consists of a z calo with molding and two levels separated by an intermediate molding, topped by cornice and parapet modulated by vertical bands and pinions that correspond to decorative elements under cornice, which are linked with moldings on the lintels of the Windows. |
