Detached house with two floors and symbolic arrangement of openings. At one of its ends there is a comic piece as a viewpoint with a character. Given the characteristics that it presents, it is classifiable within the mine of ecological buildings that are built in Santa Cruz at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. It is part of the 'Barriada Ley ' projected by the architect Antonio Pintor y Ocete, in 1928.



Calle De Los Sueños, 33

Facade composed of z calo and two levels separated by an intermediate molding, is topped by cornice and parapet. It has a third level on the left side with two openings and linked by frames and moldings. The other levels have three openings per floor aligned according to vertical axes On the central axis the access door and on this a balcony on musculars, with masonry rails and metal railings. All framed openings and lintels highlighted with dust cover and central decorative element. Rails of metal rails on the second level and precast concrete elements on the first level.
