Detached house with two floors. It has dinteled openings arranged symmetrically. All are trimmed by interrupted moldings in the horizontal part by keys and in the vertical part in the central area, so it seems to mimic old modules. In the central axis a balcony with baluster is opened. The property ends in cornice and wall that corresponds to the area destined to roof. The building has an eclecticist imprint, typical of buildings made in the late nineteenth or early twentieth century. It is part of the 'Barriada Ley ' projected by the architect Antonio Pintor y Ocete, in 1928
Facade of symmetrical composition with three holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. On the central axis the access door and a balcony on the floor. The façade is composed of a z calo and two levels separated by an intermediate molding, topped by cornice and parapet modulated by blind walls and precast concrete elements. All the openings with mamposter rails a, framed in cement and lintels highlighted with decorative elements.
