Three-storey building developed between medians on a narrow plot. The facade is composed of two very differentiated bodies, the first formed by a stone basement linked with a vertical band of the same material on the left side of the facade, is topped on the roof by a smooth parapet, with stone molding and two balls in the corners The access door and two windows open on the ground floor basement. The second body develops in the next two levels with two vertical axes. On the left axis it presents two aligned balconies, supported on one of its sides on a right wooden foot; with rectangular plan and curved shape in one of the corners; the sill is smooth with a wooden top railing. The third level balcony is covered with a concrete overhang topped by a tile eave. On the right axis, a hollow on the second level and a terrace on the third floor with wooden pergola is opened on a projection in the wall topped by curved shapes.
