Detached house with two floors. Balcony and access located on the axis of the building. Dintelado vanes and decoration n own of the ecological language. Datable at the end of the 19th century or beginning of the 20th century. It is part of the 'Barriada Ley ' projected by the architect Antonio Pintor y Ocete, in 1928. |

Facade of symmetrical composition with three holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. On the central axis the access door and a balcony on the floor, with a balustrade railing. The façade is composed of a z calo and two levels separated by an intermediate molding, finished on the roof by cornice and modulated parapet with precast concrete elements. Cement framed vases. |
