Detached house with two floors with openings arranged symmetrically. Recycling balcony in the central part held with a mule. The roof has a railing made with factory elements that configure oval motifs, which is interrupted by small pilasters. The lower part of the facade has z calo. Eclectic language of the late nineteenth or early twentieth century. It is part of the 'Barriada Ley ' projected by the architect Antonio Pintor y Ocete, in 1928 |

Facade of symmetrical composition with three holes per floor aligned according to vertical axes. On the central axis the access door and a balcony on the floor, with metal railing. The facade is composed of a z calo and two levels separated by two intermediate moldings, it is topped by cornice and modulated parapet with precast concrete elements. Under the ledge a frieze decorated with rhomboid motifs. A garland links the openings of the second level. Elements of Interest: Woodwork. Hold on balcony, window sills and access door post. Balustrade and decorative elements in facade finish. |
