Corner building, with three facades and four floors. The building is symmetrical according to the axis around the corner. The accesses are on the ground floor and by the corners, in ochava, of the building. The basement is two levels; the first horizontally molded, with wide rectangular openings that are commercial showcases. In the first level, the lower openings are repeated as four-leaf doors; the central façades with iron railings and the three on the corner ochava with protruding balconies with lower nulls and upper balustrade. Then the building continues with three more levels that constitute the ' ' of the same. An outgoing and continuous balcony, with a balustrade, separates it from the basement and on the corner it becomes curved. The openings of the next two levels, also rectangular and aligned with those of lower levels, are narrower and are also two-leaf swinging doors with balcony access at the ends and on the corner and with handrail in the central ones. On the third level are four-country windows. Top of the building with cornice and parapet. Elements of Interest: Wood carpentry of the upper floors. Iron rail of balcony n. Moldings and ornamentation. Balconies with balustrades.
