Despite being the first work of this architects t ndem, the work obtains a remarkable maturity in all aspects. It is a premium opera of extraordinary articulation that has imaginative solutions and very well connected, that came to introduce a new vision in the Canary Islands, well anticipated some years before by other architects, but that from now on , to settle as the new architecture, dominated by a modern conception where a great load of aesthetic intensities predominates within its sobriety and functionality.
