Luis Zamorano Gonz lez commissioned, in 1921, Antonio Pintor a factory and housing complex located in the current Plaza de La Paz. The technician signed the project in December 1921. However, the house, despite having been built in the complex, had to be completed some years later (c. 1925). This allowed him to incorporate decorative elements that his author did not start using but five years later. Painter takes without any prejudice from a Serbian window to a pseudopalladian porch or a pavilion of the most heterogeneous baroque architecture. |

Building of rectangular plant in two heights, with an outgoing volume next to the entrance porch. The porch is supported by columns of unique order and on the second level a terrace opens. The building has a third level formed by an observation tower whose four corners form a small volume. The facades of the building are composed of a basement and a first level that differs from the upper one with horizontal grooved walls, a dividing molding marks the slab and a molding at the height of the windowsill of the second level, balconies on nulls of sill and balustrade. As a coronation in both the main body and that of the corridor, a very marked cornice, parapet and plinths topped by copones. |
