CASA BEAUTELL

SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE
- Arquitectura Civil y Doméstica. S.XX y Posterior -

Building composed of a two-level main body organized according to two orthogonal axes. The four corners of the building are noteworthy because they are crowned with four-water roofs with dormers on each side and the crowning, which runs the entire perimeter, is given by an important cornice and a balustrade of cement balusters. The façade is symbolic and on this axis there is an exterior staircase with two wings that reads as a base and on it a line of spans separated by pilasters is developed. Elements of interest: Wood carpentry, clad on front wall. Discordant elements: Metallic structure, covered with uralite in left side patio.
