Simple single-family single-storey house with a symbolic arrangement of openings, opening access in the central axis of the property. Its decoration is not limited to the stone that runs along the facade and to the baluster finish offered by its crowning. Also the holes have small moldings that only in the case of the door cross the opening completely. It is an ecological construction of the late nineteenth or early twentieth centuries
Building developed on a single level, symmetrical façade with z calo at the base separated from the main body by a molding that is only interrupted in the access opening; and coronation composed of cornice and upper slatted balustrade. Three openings are distributed on the façade highlighting the access in the central axis, they have decoration on the lintels.
