Taking into account the ornamental scheme that develops we can classify it as an ecological construction whose construction can date from the late nineteenth or early twentieth century.

The façade is symmetrical and paired with the neighboring building subject to the norm of protection. Two-level building, facade with zalo separated from the main body by a molding, is topped by molded cornice and balustrade sill in the sectors coinciding with the openings of the openings. It is noteworthy a balcony located on the access and unified with that of the bordering house. Two openings per level are arranged on vertical axes and have a fine ornamentation on the lintel.
