CALLE DE LOS SUEÑOS, 1. RAMBLA DE SANTA CRUZ, 19

It is an ecological construction of the first half of the twentieth century designed with an eclecticism in which the monumentality of the facade stands out.

Building of three floors in corner with chafl n. The facades of composition very marked by vertical lines are developed in two levels. In the first level there is a setback with respect to the upper one, it is composed of z calo and a dividing molding. The second level, extends over two floors, is composed of a horizontal dividing molding, paired pilasters between the gaps along the two floors, topped by a molding linked to the lintels of the windows of the third floor, under these rhombuses and garlands. It has three balconies, supported by cells on the second floor. The facades have several vertical rectangular gaps, all aligned vertically at different levels. The whole set is crowned by a ledge under the sill of highlighted plinths and balustrade; on the small chamfer or front n curved and top tuft. On the street of Los Sue presents a terraced volume of only two floors, with the same characteristics on the facade.
