Detached house and only access with two floors separated in height by the presence of a cornice. In general, it is of an austere decoration, framed in the ecological language and in the first third of the 20th century.

Two-level building whose facade has z calo separated from the main body by a fine molding; coronation composed of molded cornice, parapet and railings. An intermediate molding divides both floors marking the slab. Two openings per plant, proportionally taller than wide.
