Housing made by the Production Cooperative on two floors, such as its neighbor, which was subsequently added one more floor. The language used in this trace is much more avant-garde than the rest of the building; This makes us think that it is not its author Domingo Pisaca but an architect with a bold design concept, such as Jos Blasco. The facade is symbolic. It has four openings on the ground floor, one of them is an access door. In the second level the same lower openings and a continuous horizontal strip are repeated, with grooves and of equal height that openings cover the entire facade. The central area is set back, with curved details. A smooth balcony, run and with upper railing, groups the two central openings in this area. The third level repeats the composition of the previous one, aligning the lateral openings over the lower ones, although smaller. In the central area, quite set back, we find two large columns that support a series of horizontal slabs, very particular detail of the whole. The openings of the three levels are aligned according to vertical axes. Top of the building with railing in sector on balcony and smooth in rest. Elements of Interest: Carpenters: windows and dimming system, Venetian. Horizontal stresses, walls and balcony rail, cantilever slabs. |
