In spite of the different aspect of this house, it belongs to the same quota of the first houses of July 25, the treatment of the ground floor façade having been altered. The facade is of asymmetric composition. It has three openings on the ground floor: a side window, a central access and a large double height window to the right that gives light to two environments of the underground area and the elevated sector inside. It is accessed through a hall. Two steps save the interior slope with the street. The interior is double cracked. The wooden staircase is U-shaped and is located on the sidewalk and the kitchen and bathroom centers are on the left; the rooms occupy the rest. On the third level a back terrace leads to the roof. There is an elevator. On the first level, two rectangular openings of two swinging leaves with decorative perimeter molding, one is a door to exit to balcony. On the third level, two smaller openings, the left one with a lowered arch. Top of the whole building with cornice with decorations. Elements of Interest: Woodwork. Iron balcony rail.
