Facade of symmetrical composition. The three levels are differentiated with intermediate continuous molding. First level with smooth continuous base and molded horizontal strip. The openings (16 windows and a central access) are rectangular, where height predominates, aligned according to vertical axes, with perimeter decorations. Façade plastered and painted in two colors, differentiating moldings and plain walls. Balconies in side spans with wrought iron railing. Rest of openings with iron railings similar to that of the balconies. Upper cornice with balustrade and pilasters with pin asses. Inside the distribution is around a central marble staircase with iron rail; space that is roofed with stained glass. Elements of Interest: Central marble staircase, iron railing and skylight. Wood carpentry, windows and shutters. Iron railing in window openings and balconies. Moldings and crowning sill.
