Two-storey building topped on a large ledge that is interrupted in the center by double semicircular archway and supported by nulls. The facade is part of a unit composition, symbolic, that groups two buildings, the balcony and the upper cornice continuing the elements that give it unity. Regular rectangular vanes aligned according to vertical axes. First floor balcony with wrought iron railing and iron balusters in ground floor openings. Perimeter decorations in vain; moldings on cornice and a thousand mampuesto as basement. Façade plastered, painted in two shades, differentiating moldings from smooth areas. Elements of Interest: Woodwork, windows, shutters and doors. Molding and crowning. Iron railing in balcony and window openings.
