SANTA CRUZ DE TENERIFE
- Arquitectura Civil y Doméstica. S.XX y Posterior -

Its scheme responds to rationalist guidelines that lead us to think that it was built in the second half of the 20th century. Work attributed to the architect Alberto Sartoris.

Six-story building defined by an important foundation and an upper body set back on the corner. It is noteworthy the sense of horizontality that defines the image of the building given by the continuity achieved by running balconies that are developed covering the total per meter, a prismatic volume is located on the corner from the basement and is the materialization of the vertical circulation box. The plants that make up the basement stand out for being destined for commercial and garage use, on the upper floors the destination is housing. The crowning is defined by a continuous slab supported by columns that detach them from the main body.
